It is the customer's responsibility to make all checks and detailed reservations upon arrival of the order and, if necessary, to inform Fashion Nails Innes so that all necessary measures can be taken.
On receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check their condition and conformity with the contract.
Any goods missing from the order must be reported immediately, within 5 calendar days, to Fashion Nails Innes (by e-mail and/or telephone).
LEGAL GUARANTEES
RELATIONSHIPS.
All products sold by Fashion Nails Innes are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4-217-12 of the Consumer Code), as well as a guarantee to remedy defects in the goods sold (articles 1641-1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code),
Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of the sold goods, they may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
The warranty on all electrical appliances sold by Fashion Nails Innes, with the exception of consumables, is 1 month.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
For hygiene reasons, used and/or opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return and exchange.
RIGHT OF REFUND
You have 14 days from receipt of your request to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note that in the event of a return of goods in an incorrect form or with incomplete information that may prevent the correct processing of the return, an additional processing period (up to 7 working days) beyond the statutory time limit is automatically imposed on the request (up to 7 working days).
Returned merchandise MUST be shipped to the address provided on the cancellation form.
Returns delivered to a forwarding point or other address will not be accepted.
In either case, the cost of the return will be charged to the buyer.
The recall period does not apply to goods listed in the Consumer Protection Code.
Such goods include.
- Goods printed by the consumer after delivery and/or non-returnable for hygiene or health reasons, such as Spa products or UV/LED gels (color gels and technical gels) with a protective cap.
