1 - GENERAL INFORMATION
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to regulate the contractual relationship between Fashion Nails Innes Innes sarl, Luxembourg L-2625 .E-Mail address: info@indinails.com, and the Customer, defined below as a user of the website www.indinails.com. and accepting these general terms and conditions of sale.
All other terms and conditions are binding on Fashion Nails Innes ( TM INDI NAILS ) only upon written confirmation by it. The information on this site is subject to change by the company without prior notice. The mere fact of placing an order on www.indinails.com means unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale in force on the date of placing the order.
2 - PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF OFFERS FOR SALE
Products are offered for sale as long as stocks last. In the event of an order for a product out of stock due to a stock error, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
3 - PRODUCT PRICES
The prices quoted on www.indinails.com are in euros excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs. They are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
To this price must be added VAT and transportation costs calculated according to the carrier chosen by the Customer in consultation with Fashion Nails Innes. The shipping costs are indicated on the screen at the end of the Customer's selection of the various products and recalled in the order summary that precedes the validation.
4 - ORDERS
If the customer wants to place an order, he must first identify himself. To do so, he must fill in the form provided online, in accordance with the instructions provided, in which he must enter the information required for identification, in particular his surname, first name, telephone number, postal and e-mail address and billing and delivery address. Subsequently, additional information may be requested to ensure the quality and security of the delivery. All information is provided to the customer in French, English and German.
Once the customer has selected the products presented, the order is finally confirmed by clicking on the "Complete Order" button, which expresses his readiness and agreement to the General Conditions of Sale.
From this moment on, the order is registered, the customer is informed of the order number and a confirmation on the screen and by e-mail shop@fashionnails-innes.lu.
The data recorded by Fashion Nails Innes is proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
The invoice contains details of the unit price of each product excluding VAT, the total price of each product excluding VAT, the amount of VAT calculated on the total amount excluding VAT and the total amount including VAT.
The availability or unavailability of the goods in stock is indicated on the website (except for exceptional stock errors).
In case of exceptional unavailability of the ordered goods, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and will be offered the following options:
- Replacement with an item of similar value - Issuance of a credit memo for the value of the item
-Return of the value of the goods.
The choice, as far as possible, is left to the buyer.
5 - INVOICING
A detailed invoice will be available in the customer section of our website until the customer's account is deleted.
