DELIVERY METHOD

Delivery is made to the address specified by the buyer when placing the order.

Delivery is made by P.T Luxembourg or DHL express. Delivery is carried out only after confirmation of the order by the buyer and full payment.

Handling of parcels delivered by La Poste Luxembourg and DHL express

Your goods will be shipped to the address you provided when confirming your order. You are therefore responsible for any error in the delivery address. Once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse, you will need to contact us and pay a new delivery charge (Paypal or bank transfer) for the same amount as the original delivery, as well as the costs incurred for the return of the parcel.

- Returns due to FAILURE TO RETURN (the parcel was delivered to you, but you did not collect it within the time limit set by the post office) will be returned to us. In this case, you will need to contact us and pay a new shipping cost equal to the original shipping cost, as well as the costs incurred in returning the parcel. Your parcel will then be re-delivered.

- RETURN FOR REFUND(you refused the parcel because the packaging was damaged or the packaging showed signs of tampering) If the parcel is damaged or tampered with, you must check the condition of the items it contains and reject it if they have been damaged. It is advisable to make a note on the delivery note with the courier and report this to us at Fashion Nails Innes by phone: +621489600 and email iinfo@indinails.com.

- Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will prepare and send you a new parcel as soon as possible.

Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or government taxes may be payable. These entitlements and amounts are not our responsibility. They are at your expense and are solely your responsibility, both in terms of declaration and payments to the relevant authorities and bodies in your country. We recommend that you obtain information on these matters from the local authorities.

In any case, if a parcel is returned, it will be kept on our premises for 15 days after our customer service department has contacted the customer by e-mail. If we do not hear from the addressee, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded less the original postage and return costs.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays).

Normal delivery times (except in the case of force majeure or corporate holidays, which are notified on the website):

Orders are shipped the same day after payment if received before 12:00 noon (on a business day). After this time, orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

Payment by Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard

Simply select this payment method on the payment form when confirming your order.

Confirmation of an order by credit card means authorization to pay the order price, including all taxes.

Preparation of the order will begin once the bank has confirmed the validity of the payment.

The customer will be able to transmit in complete security the type of card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard), the bank card number, the date of validity, the cardholder's name (the name on the bank card) and the cryptogram on the back of the card.

This information must be transmitted as soon as the order is confirmed on the website, otherwise the order will be canceled.

Using Paypal:

Simply select this payment method on the payment form when confirming your order.

The payment, which is secure, is made directly through the website www.paypal.com. The order will not be processed until Paypal confirms receipt of payment.

Bank Transfer:

Simply select this payment method on the payment form when confirming your order.

The bank details for the transfer will be communicated in the order confirmation email and will also be displayed on the screen just before the final order confirmation step.

Bank charges related to the transfer are the responsibility of the customer and shall not be deducted from the order amount.
